The 24000 liter tank container is optimized for chemical grade and food grade logistics in areas with lower weight limits for road or rail transport. The US Market commonly requires containers in this capacity.
This model of tank container is also suited for transport of liquid products that are considered “heavy” products with a higher specific gravity. The commodities require transport in smaller capacity tank containers to comply with weight limits, while filling the containers to the minimum of 80% of the capacity.
